MIT cancer ultrasound

A wearable ultrasound scanner could detect breast cancer earlier

August 17, 2023

The new device, which can be incorporated into a bra, could allow more frequent monitoring of patients at high risk for breast cancer. The device's ultrasound technology was developed and tested in collaboration with the CCTR.
